Appendix 1: V1.5 Catalog Scale, Knowledge Disaggregation, Multidimensional Rating, Five-Folder Loading, and Publication Rules Rules page
This edition is V1.5: building on V1.4, it completes the sharpened, precision rewrite of the covers, the three Part outlines, and all 31 chapter core arguments, and unifies the six-level format across the book, with numbering and catalog scale unchanged. The draft comprises 3 Parts, 31 chapters, 208 sections, 834 items, 1,640 packages, and 8,200 folders; over V1.4 it adds 2 sections, 8 items, 16 packages, and 80 folders, chiefly strengthening the rebuilding of civic civilization after imperial/party-state subjecthood and the study of new strongman, new party-state scenarios.
In database operation, chapter–section–item are the stable classification keys, while packages and folders are growing loading units; time, region, person, institution, victim, responsibility, evidence grade, dispute status, legal potential, sensitivity risk, and policy use serve as lateral tags. Each fact has one primary classification; other positions reference it by ID and relation tags. Additions, merges, splits, withdrawals, rating changes, and changes of public scope must record version, rationale, AI processing, human review, and legal review where required.
Before formal publication, every chapter must complete representative source loading, source checking, fact-status labeling, annotation, and references; in operation, materials may move step by step from pending to partially verified, high-confidence, and verified — or be downgraded or withdrawn on new counter-evidence. Divergent estimates of mass casualties are preserved side by side with their methods and ranges; allegations concerning serious crimes of living persons, present security risks, war and coups, organ sourcing, virus origins, and international crimes carry heightened evidence and review thresholds.
This page carries the V1.5 final text; it and the Data Dictionary and Launch Stop-Lines are mutually authoritative.
