3-2 Rule by Gang Rules: The Individual Surrenders Conscience, the Subordinate Renders Absolute Obedience, the Center Is Always Right

This section: 4 items. Expand item → package; each package holds five fixed folders.

SECTION FOCUS
This section examines how gang rules take the place of law and conscience. So-called democratic centralism, in actual operation, commonly manifests as the subordinate obeying the superior, the individual obeying the organization, and the whole Party obeying the Central Committee; discussion may exist, but the conclusion must submit to the center of power. The mentality by which members are absolved of responsibility because they were carrying out orders thereby becomes a conduit for collective evildoing. 3-2-1
