27-9 A Reserved Zone for Future Modes of Abrupt Change: No Specific Names Are Preset for Now; They Are to Be Filled In by AI and Human Editors as the Facts Develop 27-9-1

This section: 5 items. Expand item → package; each package holds five fixed folders.

SECTION FOCUS
RESERVATION RULE. This section reserves numbering for modes of CCP loss of power and party-state disintegration not yet emerged, identified, or ripe for naming. New names require real-world signals, comparative grounds, or testable hypotheses — never invention from sentiment; and never target selection, weapons, covert contact, detection evasion, or concrete operational steps. When a reserved item is activated, first supply its definition, triggers, leading indicators, civilian risks, state-continuity requirements, and falsification conditions, then decide whether materials may be loaded.
